You'll be notified after each payment failed payment attempt. We'll retry up to 5 times over the following month. You'll be notified by an email as well as telephonic ways too. Unsuccessful attempts result in an automatic cancellation of your subscription plans.

Yes, both upgrade & downgrade options are possible but the same will reflect from next billing not in the middle of the month.
Your subscription will remain active after you cancel until the end of your current paying cycle. Your links will then be disabled, but your data will remain intact (as long as you don't delete your account). Your subscription can be reactivated when you're ready to return.
Please send us an email at billings@propkonnect.com if you cancel your plan within 24 hours of payment confirmation, regardless of whether it's a monthly or annual plan, we will gladly reimburse the amount paid deducting the payment gateway charges. Any notification received for refunds after the 24-hour period will be charged for the current payment cycle and one month billing if you opted for a yearly plan.
