Role Description :  

PropKonnect, an award-winning real estate focused digital marketing agency helping builders and channel partners to advertise their projects and properties to showcase in front of potential buyers. Our bilingual web features feels proud to have been a genuine property finder companion for a person looking for a place to call home. 

This position is part of our Web/Graphic, UI/UX Design process which focuses on fulfilling In-house as well as our client designing requirements for their projects and for our internal landing pages. 

Key Deliverables:

·      Study design briefs and determine requirements.

·      Conceptualize visuals based on requirements.

·      Prepare rough drafts and present ideas.

·      Develop illustrations, logos and other designs using software or by hand.

·      Amend designs after feedback.

·      Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand.

·      Obtain input from management, ensuring designs meet organizational standards and brand expectations, express ideas accurately, and represent the company or client appropriately.

·      Examine existing processes, identifying flaws and creating solutions to improve design capabilities.

·      Work with a wide range of media and graphic design software

·      Work closely with the sales & client servicing teams to give continuous feedback and take active part in shaping up technology and bringing in new tools for publishers to use.

Educational and work experience requirement:

·      3+ years of work experience 

·      MBA or post graduate degree holder 

·      Proven experience with graphic design, with a strong portfolio of work

·      Working knowledge of CSS3, HTML5, and JavaScript

·      Knowledge of WordPress and content management systems a plus

·      Photography experience and proficiency with photo-editing software’s.
