This position is part of our Social Media process which focuses on building a strong reputation of our Internal Brands & Products over Social Media channels and to make an impact on all Social Media platforms.
Key Deliverables:
· Responsible for creating a good content for the brands and products on a variety of platforms.
· Includes the interaction with the social users for their queries, feedbacks and comments and to respond to queries in a timely manner and monitor customer reviews.
· Will be responsible to make and executing social media strategies and implementation of those.
· Interaction with UI/UX designing team to get the relevant creative ready to roll out on the social media platforms.
· Generate, edit, publish and share engaging content daily (e.g. original text, photos, videos and news).
· Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness, like promotions and competitions.
· Developing and executing content calendars, creating and nurturing social media communities.
· Staying updated about the latest social media trends, creating effective social media marketing campaigns.

Educational and work experience requirement:
· 2+ years in Social Media Management Profile.
· MBA or post graduate degree holder
· Good to excellent communication skills
